Charges: Man tried to trade Super Bowl LIVE VIP passes for sex with teens

A 33-year-old Missouri man working at Super Bowl LIVE is accused of offering for VIP passes to the event in exchange for sex with a pair of underage siblings.

On Jan. 30, police officers placed an ad on Craigslist posing as the father of a 15-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy. The ad was titled “Eagles suck and so does my entire family” and read “In town for SB and brought my open and active family…I have a few hours to spend with you and the rest of my fun clan.”

Justin Beard, 33, of Branson, Missouri responded to the ad and started an email conversation with the undercover officers, saying he would love to join their clan, according to the charges.

Beard told the undercover officer he was working at Super Bowl LIVE and could not meet until he got off work. In an interview with police after his arrest, he admitted to offering VIP passes to Super Bowl LIVE, valued at $100 each, in exchange for having sex with the siblings.

The officer gave him the address of an apartment building in Minnetonka. When he arrived at the apartment, he was met by officers and placed under arrest.

Beard is charged with two counts of prostitution for trying to hire minors for sex.
