More scattered showers and storms are likely Monday with some flash flooding concerns in the morning. A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect until noon for much of the southern part of the state and west central Wisconsin, from the south metro to the Interstate 90 corridor.

Strong storms could reform later in the day. The strongest storms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts and localized areas of flash flooding.

Some roads have already had some flooding, including a mudslide across Highway 19 near Morton. The highway was closed between Morton and Franklin for a short time, but it has since reopened.
