Chad Daybell trial: Medical examiner testifies
Dr. Lily Marsden attended the exhumation of Tammy Daybell and assisted in performing Tammy’s autopsy. Chad Daybell, 55, is facing charges of first-degree murder, insurance fraud, and conspiracy to commit murder and grand theft in connection with the deaths of Tammy Daybell, 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 16-year-old Tylee Ryan. Their mother, Lori Vallow, received a life sentence without parole for the killings last year. The killings have been heavily publicized on Dateline’s “Mommy Doomsday” and Netflix’s “Sins of Our Mother.”
