Babs Santos joined FOX 9 as a reporter in 2021.
In the years since, he’s made an impact with stories that often air on FOX affiliates around the country.
Born and raised in the south-metro, Babs holds a degree from the University of Minnesota. In 2024, he returned to the Hubbard School of Journalism, where he now teaches journalism courses as a curricular fellow.
Off the air and outside the classroom, you’ll most likely find Babs on the lake or traveling overseas. He’s also a regular volunteer at his church and in the community. In 2023, Babs delivered Normandale Community College’s commencement ceremony address and adopted a highway in his hometown.
