Vance Boelter appears in court for MN lawmaker shootings

Vance Boelter, the man accused of fatally shooting Rep. Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, appeared in federal court Friday. The judge raised concerns about staffing at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and asked prosecutors whether they intend to seek the death penalty. FOX 9’s Bill Keller reports.
