Minneapolis teachers rally after voting to authorize strike

Teachers with Minneapolis Public Schools voted Monday night to authorize a strike if demands for higher pay and smaller class sizes can't be met. On Tuesday, they held a rally outside district headquarters. FOX 9's Mike Manzoni was there.
