Annunciation ribbons being turned into permanent art piece

Blue and green ribbons wrapped around trees in Minneapolis to show support for the Annunciation Church shooting victims are coming down and being turned into a permanent art piece. Bows of Love organizers say it consists of about 30,000 bows.
