Tuesday blizzard questionable for Twin Cities, southern Minn. could see 8-12 inches

(KMSP) - YouTube weather forecasting sensation Frankie MacDonald is warning the people of Minnesota of a Tuesday snow storm. The National Weather Service said southeastern Minnesota could see 8 to 12 inches of snow, but blizzard conditions in the Twin Cities remain questionable.
Frankie typically focuses his forecasting efforts from his home in Nova Scotia, but he offers advice and warnings to Minnesotans from time to time.
Frankie predicted more than 12 inches of snow in some parts of the state, and also suggested residents stay indoors and order Chinese food and pizza, buy soda ahead of time and drink green tea to keep warm.

Tuesday’s totals in the Twin Cities metro remain in question, but the National Weather Service said Sunday a winter storm is expected to produce accumulating snowfall and potentially blizzard conditions across far southern Minnesota Tuesday through Tuesday Night. The heaviest snow looks to fall from Iowa through southeastern Minnesota and Wisconsin. Wind speeds of about 30 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 miles per hour may cause whiteout conditions along Interstate 90 from Tuesday through Tuesday night.
