Tornado flips cars in Florida

- A confirmed EF-1 tornado with winds of up to 100 mph skipped through parts of Broward County Florida on Wednesday. According to The National Weather Service, the tornado started just south of Broward College, then tore through an apartment complex, and even crossed the Florida Turnpike before it moved into Pompano Beach. The tornado flipped cars, not only in the parking lot of Broward College but also on the Florida Turnpike. The National Weather Service estimates the widest point of the tornado was about 100 feet and that it touched down three times.
