State Patrol investigating fatal crash on EB I-494, 1 lane open

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. (KMSP) - The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that occurred on eastbound Interstate 494 near Highway 77 Friday morning.   

The crash occurred shortly before 7 a.m. One lane is open.     

The Department of Transportation estimates it will be at least two hours before the crash is cleared.
