Minneapolis approves pay-by-phone parking app

The Minneapolis City Council has approved a "pay by phone" parking meter system. Users just download the Parkmobile app and enter the parking spot to pay.

After a trial run at 500 parking spots this spring, it should be available at all 7,500 parking spaces in Minneapolis by the end of the summer.
