Teddy Bridgewater a full participant at practice
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (KMSP) - Both Eric Kendricks and Anthony Barr were held out of practice Thursday, as the Minnesota Vikings injury report is littered with defensive injuries. On offense, there’s good news -- Teddy Bridgewater was a full participant at practice. But that doesn’t mean he is through with the NFL's concussion protocol.
Bridgewater’s teammates say he seems to be the same old Teddy, and it's a huge relief to get their quarterback back on the practice field after Sunday's scary hit by the Rams’ LaMarcus Joyner.
All of the guys on offense echo the same thing -- they have full confidence in backup quarterback Shaun Hill, but obviously they want their starter back.
Bridgewater continues to go through the NFL concussion protocol. Provided he doesn't have a setback, hopefully he can be cleared for Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.
