MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The Minnesota Vikings are taking their “photobombing” lawsuit against Wells Fargo to federal court Friday afternoon. The Vikings say the signs on the roof of the new Wells Fargo towers near U.S. Bank Stadium violate their agreement.
The team fears the signs will "photobomb" aerial images of the stadium, like those from a blimp during Vikings games. Wells Fargo says the signs do not violate the contract.
The Vikings are asking a judge to order Wells Fargo to remove the signs.
