U of M to host NCAA Baseball Tournament games

The Minnesota Golden Gopher baseball team will host the NCAA tournament for the first time since 2000.

The Gophers earned a top-16 seed in the 2018 NCAA Baseball Tournament after defeating Purdue 6-4 in the Big Ten Tournament title game today in Omaha, Nebraska. 

Games will be played at Siebert field from June 1st-June 4th. The opponent has yet to be determined, but the Gophers will face the fourth seed  in game one on Friday. 

The remainder of the bracket will be announced Monday at 11 a.m.
