Izzy's, Pizza Luce, Buffalo Chicken Bloody Mary join new foods at Target Field
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - The forecast doesn’t scream spring, but the Minnesota Twins Home Opener is on Monday and the club has a ton of new food and drinks to try at Target Field, because eating is half the fun anyway.

Pizza Lucé – Award-winning pizzas, including a variety of gluten-free and vegan options
Red Cow – Signature poutine and 3 burgers, including their award-winning Turkey Burger, named among USA Today’s Top 10 Turkey Burgers in the country.
Hot Pretzel Bites & Brews – 3 varieties of fresh pretzel bites: The savory pretzel bites are seasoned and topped with a rich beef gravy and then sprinkled with Monterey jack cheese. For those with a sweet tooth, the sweet pretzel bites are finished with macerated berries, a Nutella sauce and a dollop of fresh whipped cream. The local pretzel bites are smothered in a luscious homemade Summit beer cheese sauce, topped with candied bacon and dusted with a hint of cayenne pepper.
Loon Café – Pecos River Red Chili (topped with sour cream, green onions and shredded cheese, and served with a side of Texas toast) and the Grape Ape, a signature cocktail featuring Pinnacle Citron and Buddy’s Grape Soda.
Buffalo Chicken Bloody Mary at Hrbek’s – A chicken wing, celery, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, a pepperoni stick, a pepperoncini and an olive. The drink can be upgraded with the addition of a burger slider.
Barrio burritos at Senor Smokes – A vegetarian option and one featuring barbacoa.
Izzy’s Soft Serve – Served up at Northshore Creamery
Izzabella! Gelato by Izzy’s – Available near Sections 119 and 202.
Hot Indian Foods – Serving a new Mango Lassi – a refreshing yogurt-based drink, complete with fresh mangoes and spices.
