In honor of the Gophers' bowl game, have some pancakes
(KMSP) - YouTube user and pancake expert Nathan Ziegler shared a video last year showing you how to craft Minnesota Golden Gopher-themed pancakes. In honor of Monday night's Quick Lane Bowl appearance, make some of these festive pancakes yourself, a meal Goldy would certainly approve of, even if it does mean you're eating his face.
The Gophers (5-7) will face the Central Michigan Chippewas (7-5) at Ford Field on ESPN2 at 4 p.m. CT.
