CHARLOTTE, N.C. (KMSP) - Former Vikings wide receiver Jarius Wright is finding a new home with the Carolina Panthers, according to reports.
NFL Network's Ian Rapoport says the veteran is expected to sign a two-year deal with the Panthers. He will get a $2 million signing bonus and his first year is worth up to $3.5 million with incentives. The deal also has a third year option.
The Vikings released Wright on Friday after six years with the team. Last season, he recorded two touchdowns and 198 receiving yards.
