MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - Fullback life. That’s the simple caption Minnesota Vikings fullback C.J. Ham tweeted Monday morning with a photo of his dented facemask. Ham has only recorded five touches this season, but this photo is proof (if you needed it) that the Duluth native is seeing plenty of contact on the field.
In seven games this season, Ham has a grand total of two carries for one yard rushing and one touchdown. He’s also added three catches for 35 yards. He’s been on the field for 55 offensive plays (13.51 percent) and 111 special teams plays (67.27 percent).
Ham was asked by a fan on Twitter when the helmet damage was sustained, but the fullback has not replied.
Daaaaang! Puts the term "contact sport" in perspective... https://t.co/pHE8w6WhBg— Hobie Artigue (@HobieFOX9) October 23, 2017
