EDINA, Minn. (KMSP) - The skate to state opens up on Wednesday in St. Paul, with the start of the Minnesota State Girls Hockey Tournament. One of the favorites this year could be the Edina Hornets.
The Hornets arrive in the Capitol City as the second seeded team in the field. Despite all the success of the boys teams from Edina over the years, the girls have never hoisted the hardware.
This year, however, the Hornets feel this could be their year after running through their section without giving up a goal. Hear more from the Hornets below.
