MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (KMSP) - U.S. Bank Stadium will host its first major event Wednesday night. A.C. Milan and Chelsea F.C. will face off in a soccer match as a part of the 2016 International Champions Cup.
Organizers estimate 60,000 fans will attend and the match will be the largest soccer match held in Minnesota.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the match starts at 8:30 p.m. If you cannot attend, the game will be televised on ESPN 2.
Starting at 2 p.m. Chicago Avenue from Fourth Street to Sixth Street
Starting at 6 p.m. Fourth Street from Park Avenue to I-35W
Norm McGrew Place from Third Street to Fourth Street
All streets will reopen about an hour after the match.
Bags smaller than 12"x6"x12" are allowed inside the stadium.
