Woman's body discovered in Minneapolis park

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A woman’s body was discovered in a Minneapolis park Saturday afternoon.
Someone was walking through the woods near Bryn Mawr Meadows Park when they discovered the remains.
“At this point, there’s nothing that leads investigators to believe that there is foul play,” said Scott Seroka with the Minneapolis Police Department. “But we’ll have to wait for an autopsy to be completed before we can make a definitive assumption into completed information.”
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner will work to determine the cause of death and the identity of the woman.
