Woman dies after rollover crash in Chisago County, Minn.
LENT TOWNSHIP, Minn. (KMSP) - A young woman has died after a crash Saturday afternoon in Lent Township, Minnesota.
According to state patrol, a Chevy Tahoe was heading south on Interstate 35 when it drifted to the left. The driver overcorrected and went off into the right ditch and rolled, ejecting the driver and the passenger.
The driver, a 24-year-old woman from Superior, Wis. died at the scene.
The passenger suffered non life-threatening injuries. Neither person was wearing a seat belt. It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
