HOPKINS, Minn. (KMSP) - For the Hopkins, Minn. community, National Night Out carried a certain swagger. As police crews from all over the country visited their neighbors to celebrate the annual get-together, a few members of the Hopkins Police Department started dancing with some kids to Silento’s song of the summer, “Watch Me.” Haleigh Jo Heitkamp captured the moment from outside her house and the video went viral on Facebook garnering thousands of shares and positive notes.
