Vikings, Big Brothers Big Sisters kids face off in dodgeball game

Some of the Vikings tried their hands at a different game Tuesday when they invited 20 lucky kids and their Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors to Winter Park for a game of dodgeball.

The game was organized by safety Harrison Smith who said a lot of the kids looked like future stars out there.

“There's some good young arms, some good young arm talent, whether they're pitchers or quarterbacks, I don't know…there's some good guys out here,” he said.

Smith has been helping Big Brothers Big Sisters all season, pledging a donation for every tackle he makes and encouraging fans to do the same. So far he has raised more than $17,000 for the organization.
