VIDEO: Rogers gun store burglar targeted semi-automatic pistols

Police in Rogers, Minnesota have released surveillance video of a gun store burglary reported late Wednesday night. Police are particularly concerned with this burglary because the suspect targeted only high-end .45 caliber semi-automatic pistols and silencers, and knew exactly where to find them.

The burglary of the Gun and Gears Store located at 21135 Diamond Lake Road South took place at 11:44 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 8. The suspect entered the store by breaking out a front window. Video of the burglary is being released with hope that someone may be able to help identify the suspect.

Police are concerned that stolen guns and silencers could be sold or distributed on the street, adding a danger to the public.

The suspect was wearing a dark, digital camo parka, gray-colored sweatpants, light-colored socks, dark tennis shoes and had a dark-colored backpack.
