Uptown hit and run leaves bicyclist injured
MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A bicyclist was taken to the hospital Saturday evening after being struck by a car in Uptown, Minneapolis.
The bicyclist was crossing Aldrich and West Lake street when a car hit him, then immediately left the scene.
Police responded to a call reporting the hit and run around 8:58 p.m. An ambulance took the victim to Hennepin County Medical Center for a laceration on his head.
The victim was an adult male and is expected to recover.
