St. Cloud police seek man who beat 70-year-old woman, stole purse

- Police in St. Cloud, Minnesota, are looking for help finding a man suspected of robbing and beating a 70-year-old woman Sunday at the Crossroads Mall.

Officers responded to a robbery at Macy’s and were told that the suspect was last seen running east through the north parking lot of Target.

Through the investigation, officers learned that a man followed the victim into Macy’s and once inside the store, the suspect grabbed her purse, which was hung over her shoulder, and attempted to pull it from her.
