San Francisco sinkhole almost swallows truck

A large truck was almost swallowed up by a sinkhole in San Francisco on Friday.

The driver had just pulled up to a curb when the truck suddenly began to sink. Luckily, the driver escaped out a side door just in time.

When the truck stopped sinking, a 5-by-15 foot hole had formed in the ground, believed to be caused by a sewer main.

The hole has since been repaired.
