A full list of the recalled products is available at http://www.fda.gov/Safety/Recalls/ucm492260.htm

Gerber is recalling several of its organic baby food pouch products due to a packaging defect that may have caused the product to spoil during transport and handling.

Four batches of the 3.5 oz. Gerber Organic 2nd Foods Pouches in the pears, carrots and peas and the carrots, apples and mangoes flavors were affected. There have been three reports of people with temporary gastrointestinal symptoms, but Gerber has not confirmed whether the symptoms are related to the product.

Consumers are being asked to check the Best By dates and batch codes of their food pouches to see if they are included in the recall.
