Police investigate incident in Cottage Grove

Police are investigating an incident in Cottage Grove, Minn. Tuesday night, though details remain unclear.

On the 8100-block of Harkness Road, there are reports of a person barricaded inside a home. Police have the area surrounded and they have asked all people who live nearby to remain indoors. Police have several blocks closed off near Harkness Road and Imperial to Ideal Avenues.
