Police cast wider net for fugitive Ryan Clover in Minnesota, Wisconsin

(KMSP) - The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is renewing its plea for tips from the public as police search for wanted fugitive Ryan Clover. The 28-year-old predatory offender has made threats of violence toward police in his month on the run and has been known to be armed and dangerous.

The city of Paynesville, Minn., 95 miles northwest of the Twin Cities, was saturated with police in military-style vehicles for nearly a full week last month after a report of a home break-in and fight with police.

Clover is from the Isanti County area but has contacts in Pine County, Minnesota and in Polk and Burnett counties in western Wisconsin.
