MISSING: Winona State freshman last seen near library on Oct. 7

- The Winona Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a Winona State University student who has been missing since Friday, Oct. 7.

Chukwudi Benjamin Onyeaghala, 19, is a freshman from White Bear Lake, Minnesota. He was last seen near Sixth and Huff Streets shortly before midnight. Police say all attempts to contact Onyeaghala by phone and through social media have been unsuccessful.

Onyeaghala is described as being 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown eyes. He was He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans, black shoes and a black backpack.
