Police searched along the shore of Beaver Lake, where they found Sebastian's bicycle on Thursday.
Sebastian would frequently fish, frequently chat with strangers, and sometimes not come home, but never gone this long.
“He always finds shelter, he’s not a dumb kid, he finds shelter,” Cami O'Hara, Sebastian's mother, said.
His mother says she was trying to give her son his ADHD medication when she realized he was gone from the house around 5 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
St. Paul police reported the boy was found shortly before 10 p.m. on Thursday night.
