MISSING: 67-year-old West St. Paul man with dementia symptoms

UPDATE: As of 3 p.m. Thursday, the BCA says Dale Patrick has been found safe in St. Paul.

Law enforcement is asking help to find a missing 67-year-old man from West St. Paul, who suffers advanced symptoms of dementia. He also has untreated diabetes.

Dale Edward Patrick hasn't been heard from since Wednesday morning when he wandered away from his home.

He is white, has gray balding hair, gray facial hair and dark brown eyes. He often wears a camouflage hat with the Remington logo, blue jeans, an oversized white t-shirt and a camouflage hooded sweatshirt.

He is about 5'7" tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

He routinely takes walks and chats with people, but might not know his name or address. He also has a tendency of flashing his money to strangers and sometimes makes gun gestures with his fingers.
