$450 in 1 week for an animal shelter from St. Paul elementary kids

The students of a St. Paul elementary school got to proudly present a check to an animal shelter on Friday after raising an impressive amount of money, especially considering how they did it.

The kids of Battle Creek Elementary just wrapped up what they call "Cha-Ching Week." Each day, kids brought in a different denomination of coin and in just one week, they raised $450. This year, they chose to help the animals at Home for Life Animal Sanctuary with the money they raised.
