Minneapolis identifies first homicide victim of 2018

A Big Lake, Minn., man has been identified by authorities as Minneapolis' first homicide victim of 2018.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office said Ahkeem Deontravaye Robinson was stabbed in the left shoulder and later died at North Memorial Hospital, later declaring the manner of death as a homicide.

The 18-year-old was originally found just before 2 a.m. on the 3000 block of Emerson Avenue North, dying about an hour later. 

No arrests have been made and the incident is still under investigation.
