Minivan rear-ends semi, brings I-94 to a halt

(KMSP) - Traffic on I-94 westbound was backed up for almost an hour on Saturday after a minivan rear-ended a semi-truck.

Nobody in the accident was seriously injured , but traffic between MN-241 and 101 came to a halt.

During the stand-still, several cars went the wrong way up on-ramps and exits to escape the traffic jam, almost causing several other accidents.
