Road rage shooting near Mystic Lake golf course, suspect found

- Prior Lake police have arrested the suspect in a road rage-motivated shooting that forced the temporary closure of The Meadows at Mystic Lake golf course. Police found Luke McKenzie Campbell in a swamp at The Meadows.

Witnesses heard a motorcycle near the intersection of County Road 82 and 83 intersection, then heard 3 distinct gunshots before the motorcycle made a U-turn toward Mystic Lake. The incident happened just after 11 a.m. The gun has not been recovered, but the Meadows golf course has reopened.

After a warning to nearby residents to stay inside and lock their doors, neighbors in the area of Mystic Lake Casino were notified the suspect has been found.
