Mark Dayton says he'll paint umlauts on Lindstrom signs himself if he has to

Today, Gov. Mark Dayton came out strongly in favor of Lindstrom's right to have umlauts on city signs.

In fact, if it comes down to it, Dayton says he's willing to travel to the Chisago County town himself and paint umlauts on signs with his bare hands.
