ST. CLOUD, Minn. (KMSP) - An investigation by the VA's Office of the Medical Inspector offers a mixed bag of results for the Veterans Health Center in St. Cloud.
That center has been heavily criticized by some members of the medical staff. Those staff members first told their stories to the Fox 9 Investigators over a year ago.

The staff complained a toxic management style and a deluge of patients was making it extremely difficult to do their jobs.
The Office of the Medical Inspector found evidence that patient loads are adding to staff stress and the ability to meet appointment demands.
The report also reads that management did not skew numbers to hide understaffing and that managers were responding to concerns about care.
