Female passenger dies after jumping from vehicle in Rogers, Minn.

- A 49-year-old woman is dead after police said she apparently jumped from a moving vehicle on Sunday around 4 p.m. in Rogers, Minn.

According to police, a white Ford truck was heading northbound on Brockton Lane near 147th Avenue when the passenger either jumped or fell from the vehicle. The truck was believed to be going around 60 mph during the time of the incident.

Rogers Police said the driver is cooperating with police and is not in custody. Officers said there is no reason to believe he will face criminal charges. Drugs and alcohol are not believed to be a factor.

Law enforcement is investigating to determine whether the female jumped or fell from the moving vehicle.
