Calhoun Square shopping center in Uptown is for sale
MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9) - Calhoun Square, a shopping center in the Uptown neighborhood in south Minneapolis, is up for sale, according commercial real estate company Cushman & Wakefield.
“Calhoun Square is a rare opportunity for an investor to add value to an iconic property in a dynamic community, the Uptown neighborhood in Minneapolis," said Leah Maurer, director at Cushman & Wakefield's Minneapolis office.
The retail center is located on the southeast corner of Hennepin Avenue and W Lake Street. The 170,521 square foot space first opened in 1985 and had renovations completed in 2008, according to the center's website.
