WASECA COUNTY, Minn. (KMSP) - The Waseca County Sheriff’s Office is asking for some birthday help. One of their former sheriffs will be celebrating his 98th birthday on Nov. 7, and the sheriff’s office wants to help his family shower him with birthday cards.
The Waseca County Sheriff’s Office says, Mert Schwarz was the sheriff from 1976-1982 and was very active within their posse.
