MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - It's time to bid adieu to another staple of the Minneapolis music scene, as the Triple Rock Social Club announced Monday it plans to close by the end of the year.
In its 19 years in business the Triple Rock has been a go-to spot for acts of all kinds, from local musicians looking for their big break to touring national acts who would go on to become household names.
The venue announced the news on its Facebook page, saying it plans to close its doors by Nov. 22 of this year.
In the meantime, it will continue to host artists and weekly events.
