Minneapolis police are looking for a 6-week-old boy and believe he is in danger. Sir Charles Cortez Davis, born on Oct. 20, was last seen at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25 on the 1900 block of Lowry Avenue.

Davis is believed to be in the custody of Latrice Ebony Pittman, 26, who is the baby boy’s biological mother. Pittman lost custody of the boy due to drug use and “prior involuntary terminations of parental rights.” Police also fear that due to medical issues, Pittman is unable to properly care for her son.

Pittman has spoken with Minneapolis police, but refuses to disclose the location of the child or herself, but it's possible that the child is with someone other than Pittman. Police said anyone who may be harboring this child and not cooperating with the police will be prosecuted.

Latrice Pittman has a visible tattoo on the left side of her neck that reads "Lariyah Pigg” and a tattoo on her left lower arm that reads "Mike". She also has a piercing on the side of her left eye.
