40-story residential tower in works near downtown Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS (KMSP) - A new 40-story tower with 207 luxury condominiums is slated for construction along the Mississippi River across from downtown Minneapolis.

The project is spearheaded by the development firm Alatus, which has been working on the plans for the luxury condominiums at 200 Central Avenue since purchasing the site in 2015, the Star Tribune reported.

The residential tower will be located at 200 Central Avenue in the Marcy-Holmes neighborhood at the heart of the St. Anthony Falls Historic District.
