4 injured, including 2 students, after SUV runs red light, hits school bus

Four people, including two students, were injured when a SUV ran a red light and hit a school bus in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota Tuesday morning. 

According to the Brooklyn Park Police Department, at 7:15 a.m., the driver of an SUV heading east on Brooklyn Boulevard went through a red light at Regent Avenue and struck the bus, which was carrying students at the time. 

The school bus driver, the driver of the SUV and two students on the bus were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

The crash remains under investigation.
