ST. PAUL, Minn. (KMSP) - At 107 years old, Evelyn Sundgren is still sharp as a tack.
It was her birthday Thursday, with both of her children and numerous grandchildren on hand for a dinner at Golden Corral.
She was born in the northwest corner of Minnesota, in a town called Hallock, growing up on a farm as the youngest of 10 children.
During the Great Depression she moved to the Twin Cities with her sister, eventually getting married and having kids of her own.
She says family and church have always been important, and that her secret to longevity is her positive attitude.
