State trooper saves eagle off of busy highway for third time in recent years

- The Minnesota State Patrol has done it again.

Trooper Paul Kingery rescued an eagle on April 16 in Eagan, and now, he rescued another. He also rescued an eagle last March that suffered internal injuries and was later named Trooper.

Unfortunately, the eagle had to be euthanized, the Minnesota State Patrol announced on Monday.
