BRAINERD, Minn. (KMSP) - An elderly driver in Brainerd found himself in a precarious position after driving through a two-story garage and taking a nosedive on the pavement below, according to Brainerd police.
Sgt. Paul Dooley with Brainerd Police says at about 3 p.m., the man was pulling into his garage, which is a two-story garage at an apartment complex in the 200 block of SW 4th Street.
He was driving an unfamiliar SUV and he hit the gas it a little bit too hard and came out the other side of the garage and fell onto the nose of the Jeep Cherokee.
The driver didn’t receive any injuries.
